Rich has been employed as a producer and manager for Hickok & Boardman since 1986. Previously he was employed as a large account underwriter for AIG and prior to that he worked in staff underwriting positions for The Hartford Insurance Company in New Orleans, Bridgeport and Rochester. Rich is currently a Board Member for Stowe Performing Arts and has served as Treasurer for the Vermont Lodging and Restaurant Association, State Board Member with Banknorth Vermont, Trustee for the Stowe Education Fund, Secretary for the Stowe Rotary Club, Director for Copley Hospital Foundation, Director for the Lamoille County United Way and Trustee for the Stowe Area Association. Rich is a 1981 graduate of the University of New Hampshire receiving a B.A in Economics and Business Administration.

Emile has been employed as an Account Executive at Hickok & Boardman of Stowe, Inc since February of 2000. He is a 1992 graduate of Johnson State College where he earned his B.S. Degree in Health Sciences with an Allied Medical concentration. Emile has served as Trustee of the Bishop John A Marshall School since 2004 holding offices of Treasurer and Chair of the Board. He is active in supporting the school and including participation in the Bishop Marshall School Men’s Booster Club. He resides in Morrisville with his wife and two children and enjoys hunting, softball, golf and spending time with his young family.
