Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for high quality administration and organizational support to our Leadership Team. Ideal candidates are proactive, highly efficient, and exceptional written and verbal communicators to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Leadership team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role required, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 products, strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Essential Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary point of contact for the Leadership team, manage schedules, and provide support to ensure they meet deadlines and attend necessary meetings
•Communicate effectively wit internal and external stakeholders
•Schedule and coordinate phone calls, video conferences and in-person meetings as necessary
•Provide administrative support, such as managing emails, preparing reports and presentations and organizing files and data
•Assist in preparing company data and communications
•Manage travel arrangements for the COO, including transportation bookings, accommodations, and other relevant files
•Foster positive relationships with company and external partners and clients.
