Christine joined Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group in 2001 as a Claims Specialist, supporting our six office locations. She covers and responds to our 24/7, 365 -days a year emergency claims pager. Prior to joining Hickok & Boardman, Christine was a licensed agent at a local Vermont agency, having serviced claims for both Personal and Commercial lines. She has 37 years of experience in the insurance industry as a licensed agent.

Mike O’Hara works in the claims department at Hickok & Boardman specializing in commercial claims. He has almost 20 years of collective insurance experience as a multi lines adjuster, field appraiser and agency liaison. He is currently a Vermont licensed producer, adjuster and motor vehicle appraiser.
