Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Manager of IT
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
In this role, Systems Administrator is a self-motivated technology professional with a can-do attitude. This role requires understanding and ability to install, maintain, and administer workstations, phones, and our agency management systems and networks. You’ll investigate and resolve software and hardware issues and help service our offices on technological issues and materials.
Our ideal candidate for this role should have a college degree and two years professional level IT experience or equivalent. An understanding of personal and commercial insurance is preferred, but not required. A can-do attitude with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange, VMWare and Citrix Xendesktop. We are looking for an IT professional with advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 and above, WSUS and update policies and hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.

•Administer a hybrid 365 environment, Active Directory, and Azure, Intune, Exchange, and group policies
•Maintain our virtual and physical servers and associated Nutanix hardware, Citrix Xendesktop VDI environment and manage Windows updates via WSUS along with other applications
•Assist in administrating agency management software, networks, and phone system
•Provide help desk support for end users, maintain network users and permissions, and evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades
•Train and assist end-users on hardware and software issues, provide technical support documentation, and write/revise training materials for staff
•Keep informed on industry information and advocate for technological advancements to support the agency and staff.
