Jay joined the Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group as Controller in October, 2018 and became Director of Operations in 2021. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in both Manufacturing and Financial Services, having previously worked for State Street Bank, Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan Chase and most recently, UTC Aerospace Systems.  Jay received his Bachelors from Wittenberg University and holds his MBA from Norwich University.

Jay grew up near Columbus, Ohio and currently resides in South Burlington with his wife Katie and two children Maryann and Cameron.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and getting outdoors.
