Jennifer Barrett joined Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group in August 2009, as the Director of Workers’ Compensation Risk Management and became a stockholder in 2014. Jennifer has twenty years of experience in the insurance industry and 15 years specifically in the risk management field. She is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, a licensed Workers’ Compensation Insurance Adjuster, and holds a the Certified Risk Manager, Construction Risk Insurance Specialist,  and Registered Workers Compensation Specialist designation. Prior to joining Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group, Jennifer worked in the Safety and Risk Management Department as the Corporate Insurance Manager at Pizzagalli Construction.

Jennifer is a native Vermonter, and resides in South Burlington, Vermont, with her husband, B.J., and two children, Brady and Tye. Jennifer is also an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time at her farm.
