Joanne joined Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group in 2013 as an Account Service Manager. Joanne spent 18 years at another agency prior to joining Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group.

Joanne has earned the professional designations of Certified Professional Insurance Woman, Certified Insurance Service Representative, Accredited Customer Service Representative and the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). She is a current member of the Champlain Valley Association of Insurance Professionals (CVAIP)
