Kate joined Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group in December of 2013 as a Human Resources Manager. Kate holds a Bachelors Degree from Plattsburgh State University. She comes to Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group with almost thirteen years of experience in Human Resources in both banking and manufacturing.

Kate and her husband, Jarett, reside in Waterbury.
