Paul joined Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group in 1988, as a Commercial Property and Casualty Agent, responsible for the development of large strategic clients. Paul became a principal of Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1994. In 1999, Paul was elected Senior Vice President. Paul was named President in May of 2021 and became H&B’s Chief Executive Officer in January 2023.

Paul is a graduate of St. Michael’s College where he received a B.S. in Business in 1986. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor(CIC) designation and is a member of the Vermont Chapter of Certified Insurance Counselors. Paul is a Past President of the Vermont Insurance Agents Association and is the current Chair of the Board of the ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. Paul is the proud father of four children and lives in Burlington with his wife, Gina.
