Ryan joined Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group (H&B) in March 2018 as a Client Advisor, specializing in business insurance.  Ryan graduated with a B.S. from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Norwich University.

Ryan brings both for-profit and non-profit industry experience to his role at Hickok & Boardman. Prior to joining H&B, Ryan led the Vermont start-up and satellite operation for ETS Staffing & Recruiting and served as the Senior District Executive for the Twin Rivers Council, BSA in Northern New York.

Ryan resides in Plattsburgh, NY with his wife Lauren, son Jameson, and their two dogs. Ryan enjoys a mix of hobbies including wood working, golf, ice hockey, skiing, playing guitar, and being outdoors.
