Virtual & In-Person OSHA 30 Training

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health provides an in-depth and thorough compliance training for OSHA safety standards. It is highly recommended by OSHA and our Risk Management team for those in the construction industry that need to be experts in training their employees on how to be safe when at construction sites. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course

The OSHA 30-Hour Construction course is a voluntary training that intends to go more in-depth and cover a wider array of topics than the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Course. This is an all-encompassing compliance training for safety directors, foremen, supervisors, and contractors to meet safety requirements. Construction workers will learn about common workplace hazards and best safety practices when on the job.

Our safety consultants, two of which are licensed OSHA Outreach Training Instructors, have developed a program that is both specific to clients needs and all-encompassing for anyone who needs obtain their OSHA 30 Certificate.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive your OSHA 30-hour Construction Certification.

Topics Covered

There are combination of mandatory topics and elective topics that make up the OSHA 30-Hour Construction course that build on and go in further in depth than the OSHA 10 course. There will be an intro to OSHA, mandatory “Focus Four” topics, and a series of elective topics to make up the 30 hours of training including, but not limited to:

  • Ergonomics
  • Confined Spaces
  • Concrete & Masonry
  • Hand/Power Tools
  • Foundations for Safety Leadership

Elective categories including Scaffold, Stairway/Ladder, and PPE & Health Hazards safety will also be covered with the addition of several optional topics outlined by OSHA 30-Hour standards.

Virtual Training Details

Our virtual training will be hosted in a seminar-style format, over the course of 4 full days. Due to the OSHA outreach training program standards, the course will be run in a live, seminar-style format in which camera and audio capabilities are required by all attendees.

Throughout the training there will be checkpoint tests and assessments that attendees in which all attendees must participate. The final exam will occur live and during the webinar hosting immediately after all topics are completed.

In-Person Seminar

Our OSHA 30 trainings that occur in-person are held at Hickok & Boardman Place in Burlington, Vermont. We utilize our spacious ground floor conference room to host up to 20 participants over the course of several weeks. In-person Outreach Training Programs for OSHA offer thorough and specific face time with our clients and those who live in the area. Each day covers several topics with time allotted for testing and quizzing throughout and at the very end.
